What locations to you deliver to?
We deliver to all locations islandwide.
When is the earliest that I can receive my products?
Order must be made min. 2 days before delivery date, subject to availability. Delivery is available on all days excluding Mondays and Wednesdays.
Is there a self-collection option available?
Yes. For self-collection, select the "Self Collection" option at checkout.
What if no one is at home when the items arrives?
Be sure to have someone present during the delivery window to prevent the gelato and lava cookies from melting. Our driver will call you if no one is present at the delivery location.
Food and consumption
How long can our products be kept?
For ice cream, we recommend consuming it with 6 months for best quality.
For kookie bites, we recommend consuming it within 1 week and stored in an airtight container.
For lava cookies, we recommend consuming within 6 months from delivery.
Is Kooks Creamery halal-certified?
We are currently not halal-certified although our ingredients are free of alcohol, pork and lard.
Returns and Refunds
We do not allow refunds and returns. This is an assurance to all our customers that they will not receive a returned food item.

This privacy policy protects consumers providing information through the website and is not intended to protect business information.
